WHO IS LISA SANDBORGH?


I am a coach and leadership developer living in Stockholm, Sweden

After working over 30 years in the school, I´m now an ACC-certified ICF-coach and leadership developer. I started as a teacher in music but have been a principal for many years, the last five years as principal at Blackebergs gymnasium in Stockholm.Therefore I have long leadership experience and knowledge. I have a degree from the Swedish National Principal Program and diplomas from PCC-training and UGL-training (Development of Group and Leaders). I am also a mentor for development groups, using the backstage-model, and I have a training in teamcoaching.


I have developed a good life balance through my own experiences, and strategies for a resilient leadership. I'm passionate about helping other people avoid burnout and get more satisfaction and joy in their lives.


I OFFER:


INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Together we decide focus and development stages that will bring you to your desired goal. The coaching is a series of 6-12 sessions, 60-90 mins per session. The process of coaching happens through conversation, and can take place face-to-face, over the phone, or onlineBetween the sessions you take responibility for specific steps to move forward.


TEAMCOACHING

A management team, a project team, or any other team, work together with the coach to develop and improve the team efficiency and performance. The focus is on the team as a whole, not the individual members of it.The structure and content of the meetings are decided with the organisation in question.


INDIVIDUAL COACHING IN A GROUP (BACKSTAGE)

A group of 6-10 leaders or co-workers meet half a day per month for a year. Every meeting the members help one individual in the group with a problem or dilemma. I facilitate and lead the process.
